Acoustic Showcase - Oct 2010

This music series, based in the Lexington Starbucks, has become one of our favorite regular gigs. The espresso machine provides wonderful percussion!

Plymouth Farmer's Market - Aug 2009

Singing outside among the vegetables has proven very inspirational for the Chants. Plus, it's fun to venture outside Route 95 to beautiful places like the Cape.

Oasis Coffeehouse - Jun 2009

This music series in Waltham is set in a gorgeous space -- the First Presbyterian Church of Waltham. You couldn't ask for nicer folks or a wider range of music.

Union Square Market - 2006, 2008

Singing outside is one of our favorite things to do. To do it surrounded by artisans and farmers is an extra added bonus!

CD Release Party - May 2006

After a whole lot of work, we were so proud to share our Chants CD with the world. We invited all our friends to join us at the Limelight and celebrate the release of Chants Encounter (copies still available!)

Holly Fair - 2004 - 2007

We've been singing at CCAE's Holly Fair since 2004 and hope to never stop. Caroling is one of the joys of the season and we love being able to sing our holiday repertoire to all of the shoppers and passersby.

Somerville ArtBeat Festival - July 2006

We love outdoor festivals! Nothing beats the joy of watching people suddenly turn their heads -- and their feet! -- to where we're singing.

Hyannis Main Street Festival - July 2004

Our friends at SeaSound Studios invited us down to the Cape to sing at the Hyannis Main Street Festival. Nothing goes with fried dough and cotton candy like good ol' a cappella!

Boston Scientific Holiday Party - December 2003

We sing at holiday parties of all types around the Boston area once December rolls around. Here we are in action at a kids' holiday party at a local corporation.

Apples and a cappella at the Bolton Fair - September 2003

In September 2003, Random Chants hit the Bolton Fair for some apple-licious festivities, and of course, singing.

Celebrating Valentine's Day at the Middle East - February 2000

Performing on Valentine's Day is no chore when you're invited to sing at the Middle East in Cambridge! We just brought our own Valentines to the show to cheer us on.

We married off one of our Alto II's - September 1999

Yes, we do weddings! We've sung at several wedding ceremonies and receptions. And when we married off one of our own Chants, we knew it would be a special Kodak moment. See if you can guess which one of us in the pictures is the bride, Alix!

Hitting the big time at Fenway Park - August 1999
